When a conflict occurs we just behave rudely out of our anger. We just forget that they are also our close ones and we love them. Heat of the argument pressurises us to win the situation at any cost. We just never think twice about hurting them but letter when we realize our fault that is already very late.

•    Because of the heat of the moment we just forget with whom we are fighting. We just ignore the truth that they are our loved ones. We just go crazy to win the argument, but we always need to remember who our opponents are.
•   If you are arguing regarding some incident that happened last night then stick to that incident. Don’t point out their other mistakes unnecessarily.
•    Don’t mention their past mistakes in the argument, always maintain a firm focus on the future; it will lift up your communication level.
• Confrontation with your partner is not at all related to winning or losing. Out of our anger we indulge in fighting & try to prove ourselves as a winner.
•   Causes of marital fighting can be as follows – can’t sleep because of your partner’s snoring, always nagging you to improve your appearance etc. These are nothing but silly arguments. When you lose your partners, you will realize the depth of your love.
• Always consider the current argument as a single one off incident, don’t allow yourself to appear in an attacking mood.  In return you might get the attacking response.
•   Never allow yourself to indulge with the extreme side of silly things, like- nonstop commentary while watching movies, messing with the morning coffee. These will help you to get a more intense touch.
