  • Trust is one of the major ingredients of a healthy relationship. Don’t allow your negative thinking to come in your mind. For making a healthy relationship you learn to trust each other, from where respect will come automatically.
  • When you are discussing your future plans together then you are in a healthy relationship. When things move on without any discussion & both of you choose different paths for your future then there must be something very wrong between you & your partner.

  • Try to be fair in every aspect of your relationship. When it’s time to go for movie or choosing some place for your holiday you both need to be discuss for giving each other equal space. Don’t place your choice or view on your partner.
  • You need to be a great support for your partner (during bad & good times too). Your partner expects your support in his life. When he is enjoying a football match your can cheer for his favourite team. When you are suffering from some problems like cold-cough then he can provide you a cup of hot coffee or tea. These small aspects definitely help you to make your relationship strong.
  • Though you are couple but both of you need your space in the family. You need to manage sometime for your own. Enjoying your own space is equally important like enjoying your togetherness.
  • The best way to hinder the issues for arising is to talk openly whatever the topic is. If you are feeling uncomfortable to talk about specific topics then figure out some other way outs to discuss it. Open discussion will help you to avoid conflicts & help you to build up a healthy relationship.
  • Admitting your own mistake is really quite tough, but it could solve the problems that have risen because of some misunderstanding. Remember the fact that no one is perfect in this world. Wedding is considered being the best event happening in one’s life as it is bounding him/her into a very holy relationship. According to the writers and many other social experts a Marriage is a meeting of two souls and this relation is supposed to last forever but sometimes a little misunderstanding leads to the breakage of relationship. So there are some things which can not only prevent you relationship but also make it the best in the world.

One of the major causes of marriage failure is the marital depression that is seen in both the man and woman but it the ratio has been more in woman as compared to man. The important thing is to find out what marital depression is and why it is caused? The marital depression usually occurs when both partners fail to understand each other and both are expecting of the other to be as exactly as they want. Almost all the girls make an imaginary scenario of their married life even before the marriage and their dreams becomes their subconscious after the honeymoon period but when after that life came back to the normal routine they started expecting the things to be just like the same as they were imagining and when the things fail to be according to them then the depression starts.
