Festive season is just round the corner & we all are busy planning for having a fun time, planning to dress up well, meeting new people etc. However in all this excitements we just forget about our safety. When you are in a party & having fun, you also need to keep in mind your safety. The following will help you to be safe at party.

• Always memorise to take at least one close trusted friend with you, while you are going for a party.

• Make sure you are carrying the minimal things (limited cash & single plastic card) in your purse. Make sure your handbag is not drawing too much attention. If somebody tries to snatch your bag, starting a fight is not a wise decision all the time, because your life is more important than your purse.

• Always keep your eyes on your drinks. When you are placing it out of sight, anybody can easily mix some drug in it, which is not quite acceptable. So always holding your drink (till it’s finished) is the best option. If you smell something fishy, immediately leave it & buy a new one.

• If the party looks dubious as well as the venue then leaving the place with your friends is the best way out. When your instinct is saying something to you, then just follow it & leave the place.

• In parties we always like to meet new people, but to agree to take a ride to home with them is not a wise decision at all. If you are meeting them for the first time, then take some quality time to know them well, before accepting these offers.

• Trusted friends will never leave you alone in the party, so always remember to accompany your good friends. If you get drunk they will always support you or help you to reach your home. Make sure that you are in the group, don’t go alone.

• While you are leaving the party, make sure that your trusted friend or friends are with you. Try to avoid walking in the dark, except for the extremely necessity circumstances. You can call somebody to pick you guys up from the venue of the party or simply call the cab.
