Break ups and Dealing with Them

Monday, February 22nd, 2010

Break up is always painful. It can happen to you because of various reasons. However if you identify the reason before, you could save your relationship with your loved one. The following guide might help you to save your precious relationship.

  • Sometimes when one of the partners is going through a havoc life change or when all the feelings are gone then mutual break ups happen. Experts believe that this is comparatively less painful. Though there is no love anymore but you will still miss each other as are habituated in leading the life together or waiting for each other after coming home etc. So don’t do things in a hurry, you may need some quality time to adjust.
  • When your husband or boyfriend gets abusive then the relationship needs to be ended. Sometimes people really don’t understand that why you still feel for them, why it’s hard for you to forget your abusive partner. However the truth is that you still wait for them you still want them to call you. After break up take some time to adjust to your present situation & then start your normal life. Try to keep yourself busy from the distractive happy thinking. If you are the abusive partner then figure out the reasons behind your violent behaviour. If required get some help from professional behavioural therapist or anger management experts etc.
  • If he left you then it automatically adds more pain. It’s a sudden shock that catches you unaware. After experiencing such sudden breakup just delete his number from your phone so that you can resist yourself from calling him. Spend a day of mourning & then just move on. Focus on your future. You can also plan for a girl’s night out etc. After getting control over your emotions call him to know what you really need to know. If you find that the dispute is temporary, then try to fix it. When it doesn’t work then just try to get over him.
  • Sometimes you feel over from the relationship & want to break up. However once you realize that now it’s time to let the things go, you should tell your partner immediately. If you know what you want then there is no problem at all, but when you are confused then think carefully about what you really want. After break up you might feel alone or you can even regret your decision, however experts believe that it’s quite normal for next few days. If you still find yourself upset even after some time then call him & fix a meeting. Explain why you took such decision. If situation permits then patch up the dispute & fix your crumbled relationship.
